Yes. All Pro Contractor holds a California Contractor License #1081627 (General Building B) and carries full general liability insurance plus workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request at any time.

How long does a typical rennovation cost?

It depends on the scope. A bathroom remodel typically takes 2 - 4 weeks, a kitchen rennovation takes 4 - 8 weeks, and a full ADU build takes 4 - 6 months. During your free consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline specific to your project.

Do you handle permits?

Absolutely! We handle all necessary permits and inspections for every project. Our team is experienced with San Diego County's permitting process, which means fewer delays and a smoother build for you.

What is your warranty policy?

At All Pro Contractor, we stand behind our workmanship with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. We provide a full one year warranty on all labor and installations to ensure your project meets our high standards of quality and durability. Additionally, many of the high quality materials we use, such as roofing components, windows, or HVAC systems, come with their own manufacturer warranties for long term peace of mind.
